On November 6, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce held a meeting-discussion panel of the arbitrators representing the Arbitration Court at BCCI, together with Dr. Remi Gerbe, a leading lawyer in the law company MoloLamken LLP, Washington.

The meeting was dedicated to the development of investment arbitrage. The main focus of the meeting was: "Is the protection and the toolbox of one arbitration court sufficient to protect the interests of a trader or investor before the state or the arbitration should rather be seen as a quick means of resolving conflicts between traders?"

The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov opened the meeting by welcoming the participants. He introduced the work of the Arbitration Court at BCCI to Dr. Gerbe.

Attorney Gerbe made a short presentation on the topic and shared his experience, the opportunities and practices in this field.

The event ended with a discussion on the topic with the participation of the members of the Presidium of the Arbitration Court at BCCI and arbitrators working in this field.
