The President of BCCI presented the business environment in Bulgaria before British companies

The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov presented the activity of the Chamber during a workshop dedicated to the future of bio technologies and the cooperation between Bulgaria and the United Kingdom in the sector. The event was organized by the British Embassy in Sofia and the UK Science and Innovation Network.

The workshop aimed at creating a sustainable business network and fostering a successful collaboration between UK and Bulgaria in the field of biotechnology. The emphasis was placed on the experience of the British companies in this strategic sector. The event had two parts – a presentation of the British companies and a visit to the Lab Complex in Sofia Tech Park, as well as a presentation of the business climate in Bulgaria.

Tsvetan Simeonov presented the activity of BCCI, its regional structure, its membership in international organizations, the services provided by the Chamber in support of businesses, and the benefits of the Arbitration Court of BCCI for resolution of commercial disputes. The President of BCCI also acquainted the British companies with Bulgaria’s place in the international rankings and classifications, and pointed out the advantages of doing business in the country.
