The Association of the Organizations of Bulgarian Employers had a meeting with the President of the Republic of Bulgaria

As previously agreed, the Association of the Organizations of Bulgarian Employers (AOBE) had a meeting with the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev and advisors of his cabinet. The topic of discussion was the economy and the AOBE priorities.

In view of the 5-year-term of office of the President, each of the four nationally representative employers’ organizations – BICA, BIA, BCCI and KRIB supplemented these priorities with the ones adopted in the separate programmes of each employers’ organization.

On behalf of BCCI a detailed list of proposals in the scope of activity of each Ministry was presented, as well as necessary amendments to the legislation which may be required in view of their realization.

These priorities were adopted at a meeting of the Board of Directors of BCCI, held on 7 March. Proposal for established weaknesses in the legislation was presented, which with the powers of the Presidential administration can be submitted to the Constitutional Court for correction.
