Japanese companies focused on the European market examine the conditions to establish in Bulgaria

Fuminori Sasaki, Secretary General of the Japanese-Bulgarian Economic Council, Shusuke Goto, Head of “Business Strategies” Department in Zen–Noh Foods Co Ltd, and Etsuo Kurosaki, Manager at Mitsui Foods Co. Ltd., visited the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and met with Vice-President Georgi Stoev.

The purpose of the visit was to get to know to the economic situation and investment climate in Bulgaria. Shusuke Goto presented the activities of Zen –Noh Foods Co. Ltd., involved in the manufacture of food products – both fresh and semi-finished. The idea of the Japanese company is to expand the market and search for opportunities to establish its market positions in Europe.

Etsuo Kurosaki from Mitsui Foods Co. Ltd. specified the company’s goal to import to Japan food products from the EU countries, including from Bulgaria.

Georgi Stoev expressed on behalf of the Chamber willingness to cooperate in establishing partnerships with Bulgarian companies.
