Bulgaria’s economy grew by a seasonally adjusted 2% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2015, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) announced.
Compared with the fourth quarter of 2014, Bulgaria’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by 0.9%, the statistics office said in a statement.
According to preliminary data, the GDP at current prices amounted to BGN 17.25 B (EUR 8.82 B) in the first quarter of 2015.
The GDP per capita was BGN 2,395 (EUR 1,224) in January-March period of 2015.
