Bulgarian products are presented at the world exhibition of products of food industry, agriculture, forestry and horticulture - "Green Week 2012" from 20 to 29 January in Berlin, Germany. Bulgarian participation in this prestigious forum is now a tradition. The focus of the Bulgarian participation in this edition of the Green Week was first placed on the bio-industry and bio-products. Ministry of Agriculture and Food again is the organizer of the country's participation.
Different types of organic products of company "GM-Gerada" LTD are presented on the Bulgarian stand. Many other companies, producers of traditional meat, dairy products and wines also take part in the exhibition: Harmonica (Bio Bulgaria) - dairy products; Ira Eco - herbs and spices; Gimel -organic vegetables - tomatoes and cucumbers; Krismar – herbs.
This year wine production is presented by the following brands: Midalidare Estate, Light Castle and Katarzyna Estate. The other exhibitors are: Jossi Company Ltd. (dairy products); BeBuNet GmbH (culinary specialties); meat processing company Tandem Ltd.
Selection of natural and organic dried fruit are presented by Serena LTD company.
Honey and bee products are one of the business cards of Bulgarian agricultural production. "Rodopika Select" is presented for the first time at the "Green Week" in Berlin.
One of the traditional participants is "Zornitsa Company" LTD. The company manufactures and markets natural products from the Bulgarian Rose Valley.
