The Prime Ministers of Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia, Plamen Oresharski, Victor Ponta and Ivica Dacic, discussed on 7th March at a three-country meeting in the Bulgarian Danube City of Rousse issues of shared interest and above all support for Serbia for successful negotiations and sooner accession to the European Union. The sides commented on the options provided by the Danube Strategy for joint projects with a few to faster development.
Regarding the Ukraine crisis the prime ministers voiced hopes that a stronger dialogue between Kiev and Moscow would lead to a faster solution, so that negative effects would not turn out long term.
In a joint declaration, Oresharski, Ponta and Dacic expound their intentions for closer cooperation of the three countries.
