The President of BCCI presented the award “Green Investment of the Year”


The InvestBulgaria Agency bestowed its annual “Investor of the Year 2011” awards in five categories.

At an official ceremony in Sheraton Hotel, Sofia the following companies were awarded: Lufthansa Technik Sofia in the asset investment category for large companies, Amer Sports Bulgaria in the asset investment category for small and medium-sized enterprises, HP Bulgaria in the category for creating high-added value jobs, Asarel Medet Jsc. in the category green investment of the year and EVN Bulgaria in the category investment in innovations.

The awarded companies achieved significant growth in 2011 thus contributing to the development of Bulgarian economy and job creation and stimulating the economic growth by adhering to the high standards of corporate social responsibility.

BCCI’s President Tsvetan Simeonov presented the Executive Director of Asarel Medet Jsc. Dr. Eng. Lachezar Tsotsorkov with the award in the category “Green Investment of the Year”. The company is direct member of BCCI.
