On 6th March 2013 SECURITY EXPO 2013 - the 20th Jubilee International Specialized Exhibition for Security, Safety and Protection was inaugurated by the organizers of the exhibition the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Bulgarreklama Agency.
Security Expo 2013 anniversary edition was launched with the opening speeches by the Mr. Dimitar Georgiev ,Deputy Minister of Interior, while the guests of honour- H.E. Jonathan Allen, British ambassador to Bulgaria, Mr. Petko Angelov ,President of the National Association of Industrial Security Companies (NAFTSO), and Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI),delivered welcome speeches. Mr. Ivaylo Ivanov - Director of Bulgarreklama Agency, wished good-luck on behalf of the organisers.
Mr. Petko Angelov ,President of the National Association of Industrial Security Companies (NAFTSO) greeted the participants coming from 15 countries, including major international companies ,and companies from UK with expertise in transport technologies and high-tech solutions in security sector. He stated that security should be of equal importance to public institutions and private business , and they all should have one goal - to deliver a higher level of security to society and to the citizens of our state.
H.E. Jonathan Allen - British Ambassador to Bulgaria, expressed appreciations for the cooperation between Bulgarreklama Agency and INTEC Export Intelligence Ltd. (UK). He underlined the significant British experience, minding the largest number of exhibitors and sub-exhibitors from UK at the 20th Security Expo exhibition, also the UK willingness to cooperate with Bulgaria. The Ambassador spoke about the crucial importance of safety in all aspects of everyday life.
Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov - President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce also elaborated on the priorities in security sector. He said that the exhibition seemed to become a bigger success , due to its partnership with Bulgarreklama Agency for the second consecutive year. He shared an opinion that despite the difficult economic conditions ,the 20th Anniversary Edition was expected to become the most efficient show ever.
According to Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov , President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, protecting company property should be the main priority for Bulgarian businesses. In the words of Mr. Simeonov , this concern for the company assets will affect all exhibitors at the 20th anniversary edition , resulting in more contracts, and that would be an indicator that Bulgarian business will work untroubled and will achieve a the best possible protection.
Mr. Ivaylo Ivanov ,Manager of Bulgarreklama Agency appreciated the record number of foreign applications to take part at Security Expo . He said that was another indicator for the sector’s success , both at national or international scale.
63 producers, traders and distributors, representing 139 companies from 15 countries are direct exhibitors at Security Expo. They demonstrate current trends in the management of security systems and protection, comprehensive building solutions and intelligent buildings, communications, control and surveillance.
