With the Head of the Trade and Economic Affairs Office in Cairo, BCCI Discussed the Trade and Economic Relations between Bulgaria and Egypt
Vladislav Ropev, the newly appointed Head of the Trade and Economic Affairs Office of Bulgaria in Cairo, Egypt, discussed the trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Egypt with BCCI President Tsvetan Simeonov.
Mr Simeonov acquainted the guest with the activity of BCCI and with its regional structure and put an emphasis on the services which the Chamber offers to the benefit of businesses. Furthermore, the participants discussed the options to issue Certificates and References for the status and financial condition of the companies, registered in BCCI, to legitimise them before foreign partners.
The BCCI President gave information on the Chamber's cooperation with partners from Egypt and on the agreements, signed with the Federation of the Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
The meeting discussed the current state of the bilateral trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Egypt and the highlight was the Business Forum, held successfully this year in Cairo. The discussion included also the issues, related to setting up a joint Intergovernmental Commission at the end of the year, and the stage of preparation and establishment of a joint Business Council, among others.
