The BCCI hosted a meeting with a Chinese company, researching the possibilities of constructing a plant in Bulgaria

Tsvetan Simeonov, President of BCCI presented the economic and investment environment in Bulgaria and emphasized on the low taxes, especially in regions, where the unemployment rate is greater than the average for the country and responded to questions raised by the guests.

The Chinese company is focused on personalized research and development activity, design, production and sale on electrical and electronic encapsulating materials.

The company was established in 2005. So far, they have created a few patents, owned by the company and were accredited as a high-tech enterprise from the local authorities in the eastern coastal province - Jiangsu. Since 2007 the company have been developing and selling special products from epoxy resin, which are widely used in the electronic and electrical industry (especially in capacitors and transformers).

The agreement reached by the two parties included dynamic exchange of information and support with the establishment of the company in Bulgaria.

The program on the company covered also a meeting with the Embassy on China in Sofia, a visit to the town of Kyustendil and appointments with potential local partners, coordinated with the Bulgarian Investments Agency.
