The President of BCCI was awarded with Golden Prize Human Resources – 2014

The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov was awarded with Golden Prize Human Resources – 2014 at the 11^th award ceremony organized by HR Magazine, Human Resources in Bulgaria and European Integration Foundation and the National Association of the Organizations for Social Services. Mr. Simeonov was awarded in the category “Manager of NGO” for high economic performance, constant professional development of the team of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and lasting cooperation with the local authorities and foreign partners.

In his address to the organizers and the guests of the event, the President of BCCI thanked for the award and said that it is the merit of the traditionally good system for human resources management of the Chamber, which is a 120-year-old organization. Having worked in BCCI for 34 years himself, Mr. Simeonov feels a product of the human resources management system. Evidence to the good management of the human resources is the interest provoked by all job vacancy announcements of the Chamber – more than 70 eligible candidates apply for each open position. Besides, a large number of people have gained most of their working experience in the Chamber.

The Golden Prize Human Resources – 2014 award was bestowed upon 14 individuals in 10 categories at a ceremony held in the Central Military Club on 15^th January 2015.
