EEN at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry welcomed two business delegations from Taiwan
On October 27 and November 1, two business delegations from Taiwan visited the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, at Hall A. In the meetings were presented representatives of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and of the Invest Bulgaria Agency, as well as from Taiwan Trade Centre, Sofia (TAITRA).
Mr. Georgi Stoev, Vice-President of the Chamber, and Mr. Krassimir Dachev, a member of the BCCI Managing Board, welcomed the two Taiwanese delegations. They presented the long-standing relationship between the BCCI and Taiwan, the Chamber's activity in the various sectors and the services it offers to the benefit of the business.


Lecturers during the meetings were representative of the Invest Bulgaria Agency. Mrs. Anna Radovska, Secretary General of IBA and Mr. Julian Balchev welcomed the two Taiwanese missions and introduced them to the main activity of Invest Bulgaria Agency, as they made a detailed presentation on the business climate in Bulgaria. The presentation covered a wide range of well-developed sectors in Bulgaria as IT, BPO, Agriculture, etc. It also highlighted the favourable environment for investment and start-ups business in Bulgaria.
TAITRA was represented by Mrs. Patty Lin, who helped the delegations and accompanied the Taiwanese companies. They represent sectors as machine tools, automotive compression, bicycles, industrial surveillance devices, power supplies, fabrics and outwear, etc.
