The President of BCCI had a meeting in Prague with the President of the Czech Chamber of Commerce

In Prague, a meeting was held between the President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov and the President of the Czech Chamber of Commerce Mr. Vladimír Dlouhý.

The bilateral trade and economic relations were reviewed during the meeting. The cooperation between the two chambers both within EUROCHAMBRES and on bilateral level was discussed.

During the meeting, it was noted that there was “still room for exchange of experience for improvement of the system of chambers with voluntary membership”.

A visit of a Czech delegation to Bulgaria is expected as well as updating of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two chambers so that it reflects the new economic realities in both countries.
