Meeting with the newly-appointed Bulgarian Ambassador to Finland


The newly-appointed Ambassador of Bulgaria to Finland H.E. Martin Ivanov visited BCCI and met with the Chamber’s President Tsvetan Simeonov.

The aim of the meeting was to introduce the Ambassador to the activity of BCCI and to discuss opportunities for expanding bilateral trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Finland.

The guest got acquainted with the Chamber’s databases and the services it provides in support of businesses. The advantages of the Arbitration court, and the possibility to verify the reliability of companies were emphasized. The Ambassador was presented with materials about BCCI’s partners in Finland, and with the brochures “Bulgaria in Figures” and “TOP 100 – Companies, leading in the Bulgarian economy” published by the Chamber.

BCCI’s President expressed readiness to provide assistance for the organization of upcoming business delegations, fairs and exhibitions.

Ambassador Ivanov said that there is unutilized potential for development of bilateral trade and expressed hope that Finnish investments in our country will grow.
