The Bulgarian Commercial Section in Kazakhstan and BCCI discussed opportunities for future cooperation


The newly-appointed Commercial Attaché of Bulgaria in Almaty, Kazakhstan – Miladin Miladinov visited BCCI and met with the Chamber’s President Tsvetan Simeonov.

Miladin Miladinov got acquainted with the main directions in the activity of BCCI and in particular with the services provided to Bulgarian and foreign companies, the database of the Unified Trade Register, issuance of Certificates of Origin, the classification “TOP 100 Companies Leading in the Bulgarian Economy” and last but not least, the speedy resolution of commercial disputes through the Arbitration Court at BCCI.

Experience and ideas for future cooperation were shared.

BCCI’s partnership with similar organizations in Kazakhstan was another topic of the meeting. In this regard, specific results from the visit of the Bulgarian business delegation in Astana organized by the Chamber to accompany the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Lilyana Pavlova (8-10 June) were reported. The visit was paid within the fourth session of the Bulgaria-Kazakhstan intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation. The reached agreements during the session were discussed as well as the potential of the economy of Kazakhstan, opportunities for cooperation and for promoting Bulgarian goods and services in the region.
