On 29 November the Embassy of Vietnam in Sofia and BCCI organize “Vietnam – Bulgaria Bilateral Business Meetings”

Nguyen Thai Hoa, Counsellor for Commercial Affairs of the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Sofia visited BCCI and met with the Chamber’s President Tsvetan Simeonov. The bilateral economic relations were discussed. Mr. Hoa informed that in 2016, 50% increase of trade turnover between the two countries is expected in comparison to 2015. Bulgarian exports to Vietnam grew three times in 2016 compared to last year. Mr. Hoa said that BCCI is the Embassy’s main source of information about the Bulgarian market. According to him, by the end of 2018 the parliaments of the EU member-states must ratify the Free Trade Agreement between the EU and Vietnam signed earlier.

With regard to the positive development of the bilateral relations, the Embassy of Vietnam in Sofia and BCCI are organizing an event on 29 November 2016, at the Embassy’s premises, entitled “Vietnam – Bulgaria Bilateral Business Meetings”.
