The opening of the Career Development Centres with the BCCI was announced at a press conference at the Chamber. They operate in Sofia (BCCI) and in the rest of a total of 28 cities where regional chambers of commerce and industry operate within the structure of the BCCI.
The centres offer employees opportunities for career counseling and development, and professional realization. They create conditions to stimulate labor mobility for greater flexibility of the labor market.
The information about employers and available positions with the relevant requirements is made public, while the public information available about the applicants shows only the job position they prefer, as well as their educational background, qualification and previous experience in a certain occupational area.
