The trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Switzerland – the subject of a meeting at BCCI

The trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Switzerland and opportunities for utilization of the untapped potential were discussed by the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov and H.E. Denis Knobel, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Switzerland in Sofia. Vassil Radoynovski, Head of the Secretariat of the Bulgarian – Swiss Chamber of Commerce also took part in the meeting.

Ambassador Knobel saw the upcoming visit of a Swiss business delegation and the Bulgarian – Swiss Business Forum to be held in the period 15 – 16 June 2016 as an opportunity for establishing contacts and developing bilateral ties.

Tsvetan Simeonov said that Switzerland was a serious commercial partner of our country. He expressed readiness for BCCI to help organize the visit and pointed out its good cooperation with the Bulgarian – Swiss Chamber of Commerce.

BCCI will provide additional details about the draft programme of the event and the composition of the Swiss delegation.
