The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, autonomous region of Iraqi Kurdistan, are organizing an online event to promote economic cooperation between Bulgaria and Iraqi Kurdistan.
The event will be held online on 28 October 2020 at 10.00 a.m.
Up-to-date information on the economic development of the two countries will be presented, as well as opportunities for strengthening the existing and creating new partnerships in the field of industry, agriculture and trade.
BCCI’s relations with the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Kurdistan CCI, as well as with other related organizations in the region date back to 2011 and are traditionally good. The event is organized with the active cooperation of Bulgaria’s Commercial and Economic Section in Erbil.
On the Bulgarian side, interest has been expressed for trade and investment cooperation with partners from Iraqi Kurdistan in the field of: general trade, construction, oil industry, food industry, agriculture, industrial equipment and others.
Iraqi Kurdistan has strong business interests in the field of agriculture, food industry, IT, machine building, trade, cosmetics, mineral waters, etc. A list of the companies that have registered for participation so far is available HERE.
