Meeting with the newly-appointed Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Turkey

The newly-appointed Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Sofia Okan Pakbese visited the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and met with its President Tsvetan Simeonov. The guest got acquainted with the activities of BCCI, its regional and branch structures, and its close cooperation with partner organizations in Turkey.

Tsvetan Simeonov underlined the excellent cooperation with the Embassy of Turkey, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), and the joint business organizations in our country.

Okan Pakbese informed that the cooperation between the public institutions of the two countries continues and in November a governmental meeting will take place in Sofia, accompanied by a bilateral business forum on 19 November 2018. The event will be a natural continuation of the forum and meetings held in Istanbul in April this year.
