EU Club meeting on the occasion of the assumption of the Presidency of the Council of the European Union by the Republic of France


The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has the pleasure to invite you to the forthcoming EU Club meeting on the occasion of the assumption of the Presidency of the Council of the European Union by the Republic of France as of 1st January 2022.

Traditionally, the EU Club with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry gathers diplomats, politicians, bankers, businessmen and journalists and acquaints them with the results achieved during the past presidency as well as with the priorities of the new one.

The meeting will be attended by H.E. Mr Anžej Frangeš, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovenian Republic and H.E. Ms. Florence Robine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of France to Bulgaria.

Per the draft agenda, enclosed herewith, three main topics will be discussed:

Results achieved during the Slovenian presidency of the Council of the EU in the second half of 2021.

Priorities of the Programme of the French presidency of the Council of the EU
H.E. Ms. Florence Robine
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic in Bulgaria

Prospectives for Bulgaria joining OECD
Ms. Radka Balabanova, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria
