A group of American students who are on a week visit to Europe, visited the BCCI and met with Secretary General Vasil Todorov.
The group was led by Prof. Detelin Elenkov from Angelo State University, Texas, USA. It has already been continuous five-year cooperation between the BCCI and Angelo State University. The Chamber is involved in the students’ practical training programme in Europe, and the students visit France, Italy, Spain and Greece where they meet with local authorities, and take part in various business and cultural events.
Vasil Todorov introduced the students from Angelo State University to the economic situation in our country, and to the activities of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The students showed interest and asked questions related to the steps for creating companies in Bulgaria, about our future accession to the Eurozone, and regarding the resource availability in Bulgaria.
