The Bulgarian-Romanian Danube Bridge Vidin-Kalafat AD Company has been established during a meeting of the shareholders which took place on 6 June at the Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications.
The headquarters and the address of the company are in the town of Vidin, north-western Bulgaria. The joint company will be responsible for the management, exploitation and maintenance of the border bridge over Danube River by the town of Vidin as well as for the collection of the fees.
