The First International Scientific Conference “Portable Environment Monitoring Devices”


On 29  January 2016, at 9 Iskar Street, floor 1, hall A, 1000 Sofia city, Bulgaria, will be held the First International Scientific Conference “Portable Environment Monitoring Devices”.

Mandatory pre-enroll by January 27, 2016. Registration – January 29, 9:30-10:00 AM.

The Organising Committee of the conference includes: TellSpec Inc. – Canada (http://www.tellspec.com/), LimCo International GmbH – Germany (http://www.limco-int.com/), and VMV Bulgaria Ltd (http://www.vmvbulgaria.com/). The Host of the conference is the Council on Innovation and Technology Development at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (http://www.inovacii.eu/).

At the conference will be displayed the products of the companies:

  • A pocket-sized TellSpec Food Sensor, which is able to identify calories, macronutrients, allergens, fiber, sugars and other food ingredients. The company is looking for sponsorship and research and development collaboration to get the product to the market.
  • A Flexible modular biosensor system LBS of LimCo International GmbH, for biomonitoring of the water quality. The company is looking to advertise and sell their products to big water supply companies, state institutions governing the water supply and other prospective clients.
  • A pocket-sized Air Composition Scanner of VMV Bulgaria Ltd, which will be able to read the air composition. The company is looking for sponsorship and research and development collaboration to get the product to a prototype.

Companies and institutions which are interested in the topic and the products of the conference are invited.

Participation fee – 15 EUR per person. VAT is included. Catering is included.

The registration fee can be paid into the Bank account of VMV Bulgaria Ltd.: Raiffeisen bank Bulgaria; BIC RZBBGSF; IBAN BG14RZBB91551028355214. Reason for bank transfer: Participation fee in the First International Scientific Conference “Portable Environment Monitoring Devices”.

Payment can be made on the spot. Invoices will be issued in the due order.

The costs of the stay (travel and accommodation) are paid by the participants.

Only pre-enrolled by January 27, 2016 participants will attend the conference.
