The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tsvetan Simeonov held a meeting with Ahmed Alaedin, chairman of the Association of Bulgarian-Arab Economic Chambers (ABAIC) and chairman of the Lebanese-Bulgarian Business Council (LBBC).
During the conversation, the future plans in 2024 of the Association were discussed with the aim of strengthening trade and economic relations between entrepreneurs from Bulgaria and the countries of the Arab region. In this regard, it was agreed that the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Association of Bulgarian-Arab Economic Chambers will organize a business delegation to Kuwait this year, with the exact period to be determined. BCCI will inform in a timely manner about the terms and requirements for inclusion.
The President of BCCI introduced the guest to the upcoming processes in Bulgaria in connection with the adoption of the euro as the main currency and how this may affect companies from the Arab world trading with us.
