Borislav Petkov, the new Head of TEAO in Bursa, Turkey, visited BCCI and talked with its President Tsvetan Simeonov.
The meeting discussed the opportunities for a future development of the trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Turkey. According to data from a BCCI Survey, conducted recently to examine the attitude of Bulgarian businesses towards business trips and international cooperation, Turkey is the third most preferred destination after Germany and Romania.
President Simeonov presented the advantages of the Chamber voluntary Trade Register and the digitalised Arbitration Court. Also, up-to-date information was provided about Bulgaria’s place in the international economic rankings.
It was agreed that in the future, BCCI and TEAO will work even more actively to use the existing potential for developing the cooperation between Bulgaria and Turkey.
