At BCCI, a working meeting was held with the Ambassador of Serbia in Sofia, H.E. PhD Asst. Prof. Željko Jović and Aleksandar Milićević, Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southeast Serbia. The reason for the meeting was the holding of talks between a Serbian company – manufacturer of bread and pasta products and a food chain in Bulgaria for the import and distribution of Serbian products in our country. The Serbian company has extensive experience and 140 workers. She is also looking for contacts with Bulgarian producers of dairy products, especially cheese and cottage cheese.
The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov discussed with the guests the challenges that companies from both countries are currently facing. According to Ambassador Jović, neighboring countries should respect each other and work together, especially in difficult times.
