Ahmet Çetin, President of the Çerkezköy Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Türkiye), and his accompanying delegation visited BCCI and held talks with the President Tsvetan Simeonov.
Simeonov notified the guests on the main activities of BCCI in support of the business and the long-standing excellent partnership with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB).
Ahmet Çetin presented an overview of the region's economy, highlighting it as one of the country's major industrial hubs located in European Türkiye, with a strong agricultural sector and manufacturing facilities producing home appliances for global brands.
The members of the delegation presented their business activities, including: cosmetics production, training for specialists and engineers, welding, industrial robotics, coffee machines, vending machines, plastic recycling and processing machinery, and textile manufacturing.
BCCI and the Çerkezköy Chamber of Commerce and Industry identified specific areas for future collaboration. The talks covered transport connectivity, human resources, and the long-standing positive trade and economic ties, with a shared optimistic outlook for achieving even greater results.
During the meeting, Ahmet Çetin extended an official invitation to BCCI and its members to attend and participate in the Çerkezköy Industrial Fair 2026—an international trade exhibition for industrial technologies and mechanical engineering, scheduled for September 9–11, 2026. The importance of Bulgarian companies participating in trade fairs in Türkiye was highlighted as a key step toward increasing the visibility of Bulgarian products and services.
