The autumn international conference of Bulgarian Association for People Management will be held from 23 to 27 November 2020 in zoom, 5 days - on various topics and in various formats. The topic of the conference is AGILE HR, and details about its content can be found HERE.
The morning sessions on each day will meet the participants in the event with a number of world-renowned experts who will share their research and expertise, based on which the agile approach is used not only in the HR function, but also in all areas of business. In one of the days there will be a Masterclass on the topic, and in another - a debate on home office and the need for the existence of traditional office spaces.
In the afternoon a number of local and foreign companies will share real experiences and practices in the field of management of virtual teams, in the development of organizational culture and other challenges that businesses confront as a result of the crisis of recent months.
