The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the company for credit insurance, business information and collecting overdue receivables – Coface Bulgaria – have begun a number of business roundtables in several cities of the country.
The initiative of both organizations is titled “Project: business sustainability and growth” and aims at providing useful know-how to ensure stability, protection from risks and financing the activities of the companies. For each city a different theme of the round table is being selected, in accordance with the needs of the particular region. A discussion is provided for each of them as well, where attendants would be able to discuss a wider range of issues related to sustainability and growth of firms.
During the roundtables experts from the BCCI and Coface Bulgaria will provide practical solutions to manage cash flow and for higher competitiveness of Bulgarian and international market. Special attention will be paid to the protection against the risk of non-payment - which is becoming more and more important in our country and which threatens to distort the operational performance of the companies. Some ideas will be outlined to secure fundings that companies may take advantage of. Participation in the round tables will be free of charge.
The first meeting will be held in Plovdiv during the International Technical Fair on September 29th, from 13:30 pm in Hall 6. The theme wil be “Financing exports and protection from the risks of non-payment”.
Roundtables are planned to be held in other cities of the country as well.
