BCCI attended a partner meeting under the Project “Linked2Media”

Istanbul hosted a partner meeting under the project Linked2Media, funded under the Seventh Framework Programme of the EU. The project was launched in late 2011 and implemented by the BCCI in partnership with 13 organisations from seven countries - Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Romania and Turkey.

The project aims at creating a “smart” electronic platform where SMEs will be able to monitor consumers’ assessments on their goods or services and to improve their marketing strategy and position on the market. The platform is multilingual, and it operates in Bulgarian as well.

During the meeting, the BCCI presented its business plan for the use of the platform by SMEs in Bulgaria. Since the beginning of 2015, the platform shall be in use by companies operating in the following sectors: information and communication technologies; tourism; food and beverages; clothing.

Bulgarian enterprises of the aforementioned sectors will be able to monitor their online reputation through the platform, which analyzes the available information in a variety of electronic resources and social networks thus providing analyses in the form of dynamic charts depicting progress or drop in consumers’ demands for the monitored goods or services.

The project partners discussed as well the platform’s upgrade options so that it could be used by all SMEs operating in different economic sectors.
