BCCI hosted a meeting for the exchange of good practices under the SKILLS+ project. Representatives of the Ministry of Regional Development and Transport of Saxony-Anhalt, Business Park Oppdal, Norway, and the Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic paid a working visit to present good examples in the field of digitalization of SMEs. During the visit interviews were held with companies which successfully apply ICT in their day-to-day business activities. GS1 Bulgaria, Ocado technology, DiGiMark, MoveBG presented their experience in the digitalization of services.
The Department of Software Technologies with the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University presented the role of the academic circles in the drafting of strategic documents for innovation and intelligent specialization.
During the follow-up discussion, the main conclusions and recommendations from the meetings were formulated. Based on them, territorial action plans will be developed in the next stage of the project with specific measures to improve the digitalization of SMEs in rural areas.
