At a meeting between Georgi Nedyalkov, Head of the Office of Trade and Economic Affairs of Bulgaria in Lebanon, and the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov, the state of the trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Lebanon was discussed.
Georgi Nedyalkov informed about the latest news from the system of Chambers of Commerce in the Arab country. In this regard, the stage of finalization of the Memorandum of Cooperation with the Federation of the Lebanese Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (FLCCIA) was discussed. The Draft Memorandum includes the clause on activating the Bulgarian-Lebanese Business Council.
Tsvetan Simeonov confirmed the readiness of the Chamber to meet a delegation of FLCCIA in April and organize a Business Forum at which the Memorandum will be officially signed.
Georgi Nedyalkov also informed of the interest of the Chamber of Commerce of Northern Lebanon, which is interested in cooperation with Bulgarian partners.
