An economically oriented mission begins Ambassador Margarita Ganeva in Warsaw

Margarita Ganeva, the newly appointed Bulgarian Ambassador to Poland, visited BCCI and met with the President of the Chamber Tsvetan Simeonov. The discussion was focused on a review of the relations between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the two countries, which have a long-term partnership with excellent results. The two organizations support each other both at national and at European level - within the Association of the European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES). Tsvetan Simeonov and Margarita Ganeva also discussed the interaction between the two countries to attract more investment in the region within the Three Seas initiative.

Ambassador Ganeva pointed out that her mission will be extremely economically oriented. Bulgaria’s recently opened National Tourism Office in Warsaw aims to promote co-operation in the tourism sector, although it is precisely this industry that is changing radically due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Investments in both directions will be sought.

Tsvetan Simeonov offered Ambassador Ganeva full cooperation on behalf of the BCCI. He also praised the interaction with Bulgaria’s Commercial and Economic Section in Warsaw.

Companies that are interested in the Polish market can contact BCCI’s “International Cooperation and International Organizations” Directorate by tel.: +359 2 8177 489 or e-mail: interdpt@bcci.bg.
