  The President of BCCI participates in the business delegation accompanying the Prime Minister of Bulgaria in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  
    
	
	The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov is part of the business delegation accompanying the Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov on his official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
	During the visit, the President of BCCI made a presentation on the economic environment and investment climate in Bulgaria at a forum organized by the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce. He presented in detail the Bulgarian economy and outlined the potential for business cooperation in a number of sectors, including IT, machine building, energy, agriculture and food industry, tourism, etc.
	There is a strong potential for economic cooperation between Bulgaria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which can be used to increase trade turnover and investment, a statement by the Council of Saudi Chambers read. The two parties united around the idea that it is important to have more and more frequent meetings between companies from the two countries.
	Bilateral business meetings between Bulgarian and Saudi companies were held.
	
	In Riyadh, Tsvetan Simeonov also had a meeting at the headquarters of the World Trade Center of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the talks with Hassan El Kojok, Chief Operating Officer of WTC Saudi Arabia, future joint initiatives of the two organizations were discussed. BCCI is a long-standing associated member of the World Trade Centers Association based in New York, USA.
	During the meeting, a visit by representatives of WTC Saudi Arabia to Bulgaria in 2018 was negotiated. The aim of the visit will be to present the provided services in order to expand the opportunities of Bulgarian companies for doing business in other Arab countries.
