Representatives of 15 Chinese Companies from Jiangsu Province Got Acquainted with the Conditions for Doing Business in Bulgaria

The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a meeting with a delegation from Jiangsu Province. BCCI President Tsvetan Simeonov talked with representatives of 15 companies from the following sectors: renewable energy, ICT, AI and automotive industry, among others. He presented in detail the conditions for doing business in Bulgaria, as well as the advantages for foreign investors in our country.

The guests presented up-to-date information on Jiangsu Province and its economy. Jiangsu takes second place in China in terms of GDP and in terms of population - 85 million. The province's GDP achieved a 5.8% growth in 2024. The province's total exchange of goods with foreign countries and regions amounts to USD 789.5 billion, and foreign direct investment – to USD 19 billion.

The Delegation's programme continued with visits to Plovdiv and to Sofia Tech Park.
