Bulgaria has one of the highest expected employment perspectives together with Turkey and Israel. The lowest levels are expected in Italy, Ireland and Spain. This data is a result of a global research conducted by the leading company in the human resources field – “Manpower”. The research is based on interviews with 66 000 employers from the public and private sectors in 42 countries around the world. Only in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) 20 000 employers from 24 countries have been interviewed.
Employers from all the five regions of Bulgaria have positive intentions about hiring new personnel in the next three months. Most optimistic about the next three-month period are the employers in Ruse and Varna regions with net employment forecasts of accordingly: + 18% and + 15%. The sectors with highest interest are: construction, finance, insurance, real estate and business services, manufacturing, public sector and transport, warehousing and communications.
