Stated the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Georgi Todorov during a round table on topic "Intellectual Property - an engine for sustainable economic growth from science to innovation and investment."

These issues have become relevant after the European Commission published the new Action Plan in the field of intellectual property, said the Minister. According to him, the main goal is the European companies to make the most of their inventions and works, to use their intangible assets in order to benefit the economy and society.

Georgi Todorov defined the Institute of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer of UNWE as a partner of the state and business. For almost 30 years, the organization has been a major factor in the training of personnel in the field of intellectual property for the government, business and non-governmental sector.
