The Ambassador of Kosovo in Sofia visited BCCI

This week, the Ambassador of Kosovo H.E. Delfin Pllana visited the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and talked with its President Tsvetan Simeonov. Mustafe Avdiu, the new Counsellor for Economic and Commercial Affairts at the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Sofia, was also introduced at the meeting.

The President of BCCI informed the guests about the upcoming Three Seas Initiative business forum, which will be held in Sofia on July 8-9, 2021. The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a partner of the organizers of the event and is preparing a panel discussion of the Three Seas Initiative network of chambers of commerce and industry. Ambassador Pllana informed that companies from Kosovo have expressed interest in participating in the forum.

Tsvetan Simeonov and his guests exchanged ideas for promoting economic cooperation between the two countries. They also discussed the topic of establishing a bilateral chamber of commerce which would unite companies that are already developing business with partners from the other country, as well as those that have serious intentions for developing trade and investment between Bulgaria and Kosovo.
