The European Union will grant Bulgaria EUR 127 million for the construction of e-governance in the next EU programming period 2014-2020 according to the publication of the new Operational Program "Good Governance" .
The entire program provides a total of EUR 295.5 million to increase the efficiency of Bulgaria's administration. It will be divided into five priority axes.
The first one will focus on projects related to the improvement of administrative services and e-government. On this axis EUR 127.6 million is provided.
The second objective will be to improve communication between administration, citizens and business ( for EUR 64.9 million).
The third priority axis will work for transparent and efficient judicial system (EUR 25.6 million).
The fourth objective will strive to provide technical assistance to the administration in the absorption of EU funds ( EUR 66.9 million).
The last fifth axis is designed for the technical assistance to the beneficiaries of the program (EUR 10.3 million).
