Representatives of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry took part in the 6th exhibition of Freshkon Market, which was held in Thessaloniki, Greece, between 23-25 April 2023. The exhibition was visited by many representatives of the Bulgarian business with interests in the sector of fruits and vegetables, many commercial chains and other merchants, who had meetings with different exhibitors and were introduced to interesting products to information about the prices expected for the year of fruits and vegetables produced in Greece.
Mr. Alexander Donchev from the ASSOCIATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF RETAIL CHAINS, Veseli Ishmeriev, representative of Record 2013 Ltd, Velizar Chatalbashev, representative of the World Wine and Food Import Company Association and Vladimir Tomov, chairman of The Investments Council at the BCCI were given useful information about the strategy Greece has in the field of fresh fruits and vegetables production, the new technologies and the application of the European means for innovations in agriculture. The delegates had a meeting with Vladimir Inkov from the General consulate of Bulgaria in Thessaloniki about the opportunities for expansion of the bilateral commercial, economic and investment cooperation in different areas.
The visit was realized with the assistance of the Bureau of Economic and Commercial Affairs to the Embassy of Greece in Sofia.
