The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tsvetan Simeonov, had a meeting with Mrs Sinem Taştan, Commercial Counsellor at the Turkish Embassy in Bulgaria. The meeting was also attended by Emrah Sazak, Executive Director, and Burhan Nemutlu, Member of the Board of the Bulgarian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The upcoming forum of the Second Bulgarian-Turkish Business Forum of bilateral meetings was the focus of attention during the meeting. The event will take place on June 9-10, 2023 at Regnum Hotel, Bansko. The forum is being held for the second time in Bulgaria and focuses on business opportunities and partnerships between the Balkan countries. The event will bring together representatives of different businesses from various economic sectors, entrepreneurs, investors and politicians from Bulgaria, Turkey and other Balkan countries to discuss and explore business opportunities in the region.
Main emphasis during the forum will be placed on the automotive sector, automotive spare parts, construction, metals, machinery, paper, furniture, energy, packaging, food, IT, textiles, consulting services, health care, cosmetics, plastics, tourism services.
The upcoming forum of bilateral meetings will provide opportunities for exchange of valuable experience, ideas, expertise and good practices and will also create useful contacts and new chances for business and development in the country and the region.
