Was been approved the construction of the Danube Industrial Technology Park in Svishtov, Bulgaria


The project for the construction of the "Danube Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov" has been approved. The investment is worth almost BGN 38 million, and the funds are provided by the National Plan for Recovery and Sustainability.

The planned large-scale infrastructural activities in connection with the establishment of the Danube Industrial Technology Park are: repair of "33rd Svishtovskii Polk" street, construction of two roundabouts and 25 km expressway Svishtov - AM "Ruse - Veliko Tarnovo".

Other main activities are the construction of supply and internal infrastructure, such as streets, water supply, electricity and gas distribution networks, street lighting, allocation of plots for public service and production needs, plots for landscaping, parking lots and charging stations for electric vehicles. Construction of an office building, an exhibition center and a conference hall, as well as a sports and health center for public use is also planned.

The group of potential high-tech industries embedded in the activities of the park is expected to be in the fields of electrical equipment, machinery and equipment, automobiles, vehicles. The terrain is also suitable for activities aimed at permanently satisfying public needs of local importance, production, logistics and the high-tech sector.
