Conference on the forthcoming Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership between the EU and the United States will be held in Sofia

Cooperation between the EU and the USA was discussed at a meeting at the BCCI. It was attended by the President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tsvetan Simeonov, the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria Valentin Georgiev, the Director of Confindustria Bulgaria Roberto Mascali and representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Sofia. The main topic of the discussion was the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and its impact on SMEs in Europe.

In this connection, a joint event will be organized - a Conference on TTIP and the prospects to small and medium-sized enterprises, which will be held on December 2, this year in Sofia. The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be a partner of the event. A preliminary program of the conference is now available. Invitation and detailed information about the conference will be shortly announced.
