Launching of new website of the CVETNET project, implemented by BCCI

Useful information and good practices related to intergenerational learning can be found on the new CVETNET project website. The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union and is implemented by a consortium consisting of the chambers of commerce of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Spain and Austria.

The main goal of the project is to support micro-enterprises and SMEs in the development of their human capital by improving the digital skills of employees to adapt to the changing reality with a focus on networking and teamwork in an online environment. The project will develop online training courses by adapting their content towards greater support and survival of SMEs in the current environment and challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first stage of the project, related to the collection of good practices in the field of vocational education and training (VET), taking into account the differences between the generations in terms of their way of working and communicating, value system and digital skills, is currently being completed. The practices are available on the project website. An online survey among companies and entrepreneurs will be conducted on their digital skills training needs.
