Development of the trade and economic cooperation between Bulgaria and Argentine

H.E. Mr. Alberto Trueba, the Ambassador of Argentine to Bulgaria, had a meeting on 21 June with Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, President of the BCCI. At the meeting, the Ambassador highly appreciated the business delegation to Brazil and Argentine accompanying the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, which was organized by the Chamber and during which a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Argentine.
The purpose of the visit of H.E. Alberto Trueba was to establish contact and to continue the perfect relations of cooperation between the Embassy and the BCCI. Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov outlined his satisfaction of the mutually beneficial cooperation with the Argentinian partners and expressed his assurances that there will be more and more opportunities for further development of the business relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, the President of the BCCI acquainted the Ambassador with the activities of the Chamber – the voluntary Trade Register and the issuing of certificates, the Arbitration Court and the fast solution of legal cases, the rendering of services and support. The President of the BCCI also focused on the international activity of the Chamber, outlining its long-time participation in the largest business organization – the International Chamber of Commerce – and the participation in the 105th Conference of the International Labour Organization (3rd June, 2016).
Ambassador Trueba shared experience from his missions to India and the Czech Republic, acquainted the President of the BCCI with the recent developments in Argentine - the reform in agriculture and agro-industry, and outlined the common goals and features of the two countries, concerning the modernization, economic development and employment.
