The Bulgarian Government is working on a set of measures, concerning visa facilitations for foreign home owners, announced Vice-Prime Minister Daniela Bobeva at the forum “Construction in 2014 – perspectives and challenges”.
“If we succeed to encourage foreigners to buy real estate in Bulgaria, that will have a direct positive effect on the construction sector”, said the Vice PM.
Part of the measures to relieve the administrative burden, that the Government develops, together with the changes in the Public Procurement Act are meant to help the construction sector, Mrs. Bobeva explained.
The Government is also committed to facilitating the Bulgarian companies in their participation in auctions abroad. For that purpose discussions with Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and other Central Asian countries have been held.
