“Hewlett- Packard Global Delivery Bulgaria Center” announced the successful completion of a BGN 320 000 project, co-financed by the EU – Operational Programme Human Resources Development.
HP finances 30% of the project that aims to promote the efficiency of the employees and improve the Global Center`s competitiveness through trainings and encouragement of investments in human resource development.
During the project 976 company employees were divided in 40 courses, according to five key competences – effective business communication, IT service management, best HR practices and strategic and business planning. The trainings started in July and will continue until the end of September, in which period an average of 6 trainings per group have been conducted.
