Bulgaria’s annual inflation is expected to reach 6.1% in October 2026, while monthly inflation is forecast at 1.3%, according to a flash estimate released by the National Statistical Institute (NSI) on November 3.
The largest monthly price increases are expected in clothing and footwear, up 7.4%, recreation, sport and culture, up 7%, and education services, up 2.5%.
The Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP), used by Eurostat, is expected to show annual inflation of 6% and monthly inflation of 0.8% in October, the NSI said.
